Andamooka Blue Green Crystal for Inlay

Andamooka is probably the most sought-after field for inlay material. Not only does it produce quite a lot of blue-green, but the patterns are tremendous for inlay and the stability of the opal is second to none.

The Tops
The Top parcel consists of two grades, and weighs a total of about 7 ounces.
The King Stone, blue green crystal jelly weighs 0.608 ounces. If blue green is your colour, then the very largest stone is of the very colour and quality you like. The second stone weighs 0.19 ounces and it is not often that you see the King Stone weighing 3 times larger than the second largest.

Our second bargain inlay parcel is also of 2 grades and a total of about 5.75 ounces.

The first grade is 4.25 ounces and once again the King Stone is the largest stone of the parcel and weighs 0.755 ounces. You cutters will know how many rings, bracelets, pendants etc, that such a beautiful skin-to-skin brilliant opal will cut.
The picture of this King Stone is below also with a very small crystal stone from the top grade, the material in larger pieces as this little one sells at $3500.00 per ounce. The quality of this parcel is unquestionable.
The second grade weighs 1.5 ounces and is pictured below, as you can see, there are some brilliant stones in there also.
